1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Venaarohaa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (such as a school), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Venaarohaa is an AI-powered education technology platform that provides:
- AI-powered tutoring and adaptive learning sessions
- Capability assessment and diagnostic tools
- Certification exams with AI-generated questions
- Curriculum-aware content delivery (RAG)
- School management tools (classes, timetables, student management)
- Enterprise interview and candidate assessment
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- School administrator accounts may create and manage student and teacher accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or algorithms used by the Platform
- Submit false or misleading information in assessments or certification exams
5. Certification Exams
- Certification exams generate unique AI-powered questions for each attempt
- A minimum score of 80% is required to earn a certificate (unless otherwise specified)
- Certificates are issued based on demonstrated capability at the time of examination
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means
- Certification exams are provided free of charge for individual users
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content) are owned by Venaarohaa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you submit (such as assessment responses) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, feedback, tutoring responses, and reports. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may contain errors
- You should not rely solely on AI-generated feedback for critical decisions
- We continuously improve our AI systems but do not guarantee perfection
8. School and Enterprise Accounts
For school and enterprise customers:
- Administrators are responsible for managing user accounts within their organization
- Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary parental consent for student accounts
- Enterprise usage may be subject to additional terms in a separate agreement
- Bulk data or reporting features are subject to your subscription level
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venaarohaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
